For the first time in our organization’s history, the Rose City Pride Marching Band & Colorguard is marching in the Starlight portion of the CareOregon Grand Floral Starlight Parade on June 6th! In 2026, the Portland Rose Festival is bringing together the pageantry of the Grand Floral Parade (starting at 6:30) and the energy of the Starlight Parade (starting at 8:30) into one unforgettable celebration. The Rose City Pride Marching Band & Colorguard will shine bright and play proud in the Starlight Parade, stepping off from Tom McCall Waterfront Park at 8:30 p.m.
